Next | Rewards Incentive for Original Customers of Lily

Mota Group has recently purchased assets of Lily Robotics. We are not associated with Lily Robotics or its staff. We believe in trust and have designed an exclusive program below to rejoin the community. History

To Get Started, Select Below

What's Included in NEXT Program?

  1. One-Time SUPER-DEEP DISCOUNT (up to $300 for each Drone), Exclusively for Original Customers
  2. Pending SEC’s qualification, we are planning to give up to 100,000 shares of our common stock in upcoming IPO (No payment required other than purchasing the drone). See Important Information below*
  3. Permanent Placement on Lily’s Friend Page

This program is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Some programs may only be available to Non-US Persons under SEC Regulation S. Although you can receive your coupon code immediately, and you may place an order, you will not be eligible to receive any Mota shares. The Lily Reward Program share giveaway cannot begin until the SEC qualifies an offering statement filed by Mota. Therefore, the program is only for orders placed after this offering statement has been qualified by the SEC and a final offering circular is sent to eligible Lily Robotics customers.
LILY’s parent company, Mota Group, is planning to file “offering statements” with the Securities and Exchange Commission for underwritten cash offering under the SEC’s “Regulation A+.” If the cash offering goes as planned, we hope to list our shares on a securities exchange like NASDAQ or NYSE MKT. We hope to be the first “Camera Drone Company” to be listed.
More information about these transactions will be available in the coming weeks and will be posted here.
The company has or is planning to file a Regulation A offering statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in regards to a distribution of its shares.. Until such statement is qualified by SEC:
1) No money or other consideration is being solicited, and if sent in response, will not be accepted; and 2) No offer to buy the securities can be accepted and no part of the purchase price can be received until the offering statement is qualified, and any such offer may be withdrawn or revoked, without obligation or commitment of any kind, at any time before notice of its acceptance given after the qualification date.
